Banshu weaving
"Banshu Ori" is a local industry that represents Nishiwaki City, Hyogo Prefecture, originating from Nishijin weaving in Kyoto, and has a history and tradition of more than 200 years. Using a technique called "dyed fabric" that dyes the thread first and weaves a handle with a dyed yarn, it features a natural texture and rich color. "Banshu Ori", which is used in HIRATEN's parasol, has a "crash processing (patent acquisition)", which has a unique nuance by moving the weft to a soft curve and creates a unique nuance, making it an expressive and elegant parasol. This manufacturing method has won numerous awards in Japan and overseas, making it a proud fabric.
