Q. Is it easy to change refills?
A. Open the cap of the main unit and take out the refill that has run out of ink. Remove the transparent cap and protector of the refill, insert it into the main body, and turn the screw until it stops firmly.
1. Remove the cap and take out the used refill.
2.Remove the transparent cap and protector of the new refill.
3. Insert the new refill into the main body and turn the screw until it stops firmly.
4. Insert the cap to the back of the main unit and enjoy the new color. The tip of the tip is also new, giving you a new writing experience.

Q. Can I use a new refill in the old one?
A. Although it is possible to set the old body and new refill as a set, since the body has undergone minor changes, we recommend that you use the new COCOIRO body and refill as a set.

Q. Can I throw away the transparent cap and protector that comes with the refill?
A. The protector attached to the refill is to protect the tip of the lead before use. There is no problem if you throw it away after setting it in the COCOIRO main unit. The transparent cap can be used as a refill cap when removed from the main unit. In that case, close the transparent cap firmly until it clicks.

Q. The refill is sticking out of the main unit. Is it okay?
A. It's okay! Actually, that's part of the design. Even when you open the cap of the main body and insert it behind the pen, the main body has a streamlined silhouette. In addition, this design makes it easy to see the color of the refill you have selected and the amount remaining.

*The new and old bodies have different shapes. We do not recommend attaching the new and old caps to the main body separately, as this may impair quality.
