Traveler's Company Brass Rollerball Pen Solid Brass

The texture of the brass changes in flavor the more you use it, and its appearance as a high-quality tool created by Japanese craftsmen is also attractive. The top has a ring to which you can attach a hook or string. You can also use it without a clip by removing the ring parts.
As a pen that can easily use fountain pen ink, you can insert it loosely into the pen holder of your traveler's notebook or just put it in your pocket, and carry it around anytime and anywhere, and use it for a wide range of purposes, from writing daily notes to writing letters to loved ones.
As the color of the brass changes, the slight scratches will also become a flavor, and you will love it even more.

As you continue to use it, the surface of the brass oxidizes, changing the color to a deep and soft color, creating a unique atmosphere. How to replace ink cartridges for TRC brass fountain pens and rollerball pens.
If you want to change the color of the ink, please wash it according to the instructions in "How to care for your fountain pen" before replacing it.
STEP 1
Hold the pen tip in your hand and turn the body part in the direction (1) to remove it.
Remove the cartridge that has run out of ink by pulling it straight in the direction (2).
STEP 2
With the pen tip facing upward, insert the narrow end of the cartridge straight into the cartridge as far as it will go in the direction of (3).
STEP 3
It will take a while for the ink to come out, but you will be able to write naturally.

-How to care for a rollerball pen-
In order to use fountain pens and rollerball pens comfortably, the best maintenance is to use them every day, but if the ink does not come out well, if you want to change the ink color, or if you will not use them for a while, please clean the nib using the method below.
The most common cause of a fountain pen or rollerball pen not being able to write is when the ink hardens inside the nib, obstructing the ink flow. In that case, please try cleaning the pen tip first.
STEP 1
Hold the pen tip in your hand and turn the body part in the direction (1) to remove it.
Remove the cartridge that has run out of ink by pulling it straight in the direction (2).
STEP 2
Place the pen tip in a cup of lukewarm water and leave it soaked overnight.
STEP 3
Furthermore, rinse the pen tip thoroughly with tap water and wipe it dry with a soft cloth or tissue paper. After draining the water thoroughly, set the cartridge.

・Please be careful not to drop it or apply too much force when writing as it may cause a malfunction.
- Be sure to close the cap when not writing as this may cause the ink to dry.
- When setting the cartridge for the first time, insert the cartridge and pinch it lightly with your fingers to send ink to the nib before use.
・We recommend using a special TRC fountain pen ink cartridge. Please note that depending on the type of ink used, it may cause clogging or malfunction.
