"Kogin" is a sashiko technique that was created in the Tsugaru region of Aomori Prefecture during the Edo period to strengthen and insulate fabrics.
The characteristic of this thread is that it is matte and when stitched into cloth, the seams become fluffy and beautiful.
We have adjusted the number of threads and the number of twists so that it is suitable for use with "Koginfu", which is sold separately.
